No Bake Cookies

These really are fantastic! and loaded with so many good for you items

Cranberry recipe:

Mix together in a medium size bowl:

1/4 c honey

1/2 c nut butter

2 t vanilla extract

 

add:

1/4 c dried cranberries

1/4 c sliced almonds

1 T chia seeds

2T flax meal

2 scoops About Time Birthday Cake protein

1/8 t cinnamon

Mix together well, almost kneading.  Yields 22 small balls. Keep either as a ball or slightly press into a round shape. Place on wax paper or parchment on a baking sheet. Place in freezer for 45 minutes. Remove, place in tuppeware.

Chocolate PB cookies:

Mix together in a medium size bowl:

1/4 c Honey

1/2 c plus 1 T nut butter

2 t vanilla extract

 

Add:

1 T chia

2Tflax meal

2 scoops About Time Chocolate protein or Peanut Butter protein

1T cocoa powder

1/8 t cinnamon

Mix together well, almost kneading.  Yields 20 small balls. Keep either as a ball or slightly press into a round shape. Place on wax paper or parchment on a baking sheet. Place in freezer for 45 minutes. Remove, place in tuppeware.
