sweet potato applesauce smoothie

1/4 c sweet potato

1/4 c applesauce (if you use unsweetened add a packet of Stevia to the recipe)

1 scoop AboutTime  peanut butter protein

1/4 t cinnamon plus a dash or two for garnish

8-10 oz unsweetened almond coconut milk

and a few ice cubes!

Blend, Drink, Enjoy
