Banana Bread Oatmeal

 

A really delicious and nutrition way to start your day.  Such a simple a fast meal, you can heat and eat this on your way out the door.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup oats
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 scoop About Time vanilla whey protein powder
1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts
Cinnamon

Directions:
Cook oats & protein in water in microwave. Mix the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Nutrition:
Cals – 237
Carbs – 30g
Fat – 7g
Protein – 16g
