Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

ABOUT TIME TO MAKE PUMPKIN SPICE PROTEIN PANCAKES

1/4 cup canned Pumpkin

1 scoop About Time Pumpkin Spice Latte protein

1/8 c Almond meal

1/8 to 1/4 c Unsweetened Almond milk

1/8 c Flour of choice

1 t Cinnamon

1/2 t  Pumpkin pie spice

1/2 t Baking powder

dash of salt

*Yields 5 silver dollar cakes

 

Mix all of the dry ingredients together in one bowl. Blend the pumpkin and almond milk together in a larger bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin and blend together. Scoop batter into a heated skillet that is seasoned with non stick spray. Cook over medium heat until golden brown. Flip and resume cooking until golden brown.

Try Serving with this healthier topping

2.5 oz Greek plain Yogurt

1/2 scoop About Time Pumpkin Spice latte protein

1 t Agave nectar

1/8 t Cinnamon

Mix protein into the yogurt. Add the cinnamon and agave and stir. Garnish your Pumpkin Spice protein pancakes before serving
